Panettone is truly a labor of love, we use technique learned in Italy under a panettone master to make it as traditional and authentic as possible. Each panettone takes over 3 days to complete from start to finish before it can be packaged and shipped to you. Utillizing traditional technique allows not only for the best flavor but also for a long shelf life (if you can resist!).
